Request an available language or use automatic selection. The returned language is shown with the result. Save TXT for reading, or SRT and VTT when a complete valid timeline is present. Partial responses are explicitly labeled and timed export is disabled for incomplete results.
When a video has no subtitles
No existing track means there is nothing to download. MoiMobi does not silently start speech recognition. Continue in Genooi to review the available account-based transcription options.

How can I download subtitles that are already attached to a video?
Paste a supported public video link and request its available captions. If the service returns a track, you can read the text and export the available formats. Private, deleted, unsupported, or caption-free videos may not provide a usable track.
Why are SRT and VTT downloads disabled for my subtitle result?
Timed export requires a complete result with valid timing for every caption cue. If the source returns only plain text, invalid timestamps, or a truncated result, MoiMobi disables SRT and VTT instead of inventing times. TXT can still contain the text that was actually returned.
Can I download subtitles that are burned into the video picture?
Not with this tool. Burned-in subtitles are pixels inside the video image, not a separate caption track. This downloader does not run OCR or recover timing from those pixels. A new speech transcript, when appropriate, must be created separately in Genooi.
Can I choose a different subtitle language?
You can request a preferred language, but the source must already offer that caption track. The downloader does not translate an existing subtitle file or generate missing language versions. Check the returned language before exporting.
Are downloaded automatic captions the same as human-edited subtitles?
An available track may be publisher-written or automatically generated. The downloader preserves the text supplied by the service rather than correcting it. Review names and important passages against the video, especially when the result is identified as an automatic track.
Does this subtitle downloader support YouTube or private account videos?
YouTube links are intentionally unsupported, and this page does not accept account tokens to unlock private videos. Use a supported public source with an accessible caption track. If extraction is unavailable, the page reports that state rather than promising subtitles for every URL.
