Choose a non-empty .mp3 file. If the browser supplies a media type, it must match Genooi supported MP3 audio types. Renaming a video or a different audio format to .mp3 does not convert it.

Will a low-bitrate MP3 produce a less accurate transcript?
Heavy compression can remove details that help distinguish speech sounds. Noise and overlapping speakers matter too. Use the clearest source you have and proofread the transcript; converting a degraded MP3 to a larger WAV does not restore missing audio detail.
Can MP3 to Text identify speakers and add timestamps?
Do not assume those features from the MP3 extension alone. Review the speaker and timing options actually available in Genooi before processing, then check their output. This MoiMobi page only validates the local file and links to that workspace.
Is MP3 transcription included in the free daily download limit?
